Change in Schedule, Saturday January 25th

 Hi All 

The Nighthawks on Saturday January 25th will be attending the One Day Guelph Friendship Tournament.  We will be combining players from the Junior, Intermediate and  Seniors to make up the  2 teams. Information and schedule attached. Please let us know as soon as possible if you are available. 

 We hope everyone had a great holiday season.  We want to share some information about the upcoming Guelph Storm Friendship Tournament on Saturday January 25th

 Important Details:

• The game schedule is attached.
• The meal schedule is attached
• Lunch for players and volunteers : pizza, chips and a drink (water, pop or juice)
• Lunch will be served out of the room by the entrance to Rink 1.
• Tables will be on the concourse by Rink 1
• We are delighted that The Guelph Storm Hockey Organization is providing the lunch this year and therefore, unfortunately, we will not be able to sell to parents. Alternatively, there is a Tim Hortons at the Imperial Rd and Paisley intersection (within walking distance) and a few other options in the Zehrs plaza beside the arena.
• Parking: Please use the back parking lot
• Check in: Please check in at one of the entrances with our volunteers to receive lunch tickets
• Please be advised that Rink 1 has public skating (city mandated) 12:00-1:30 and we will have to vacate dressing rooms during those times. Anyone who wants to participate in the public skating will have to check in and pay with the city as spots are limited

 Please confirm your attendance , including the number of players and volunteers by January 15^th and advise of any gluten allergies for the pizza order.
